It is important that you include these points in your comments above so that we can handle the case in the best possible way together:
• Are you completing the sale yourself and sending the necessary membership information to finance, or is it a lead that you are passing on to sales for further follow-up? (In either case, the lead must first be cleared by the local sales manager as described).
