The role

As a Researcher at EGN, you will work at the intersection of research and outbound sales. Your primary task is to identify relevant decision-makers and establish the initial contact that leads to meetings for our sales organization.

You will have a fast-paced workday with a high level of activity and many daily conversations via phone, LinkedIn, and email – and you will quickly build strong skills in B2B communication and relationship building.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Proactive outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email
  • Identifying and qualifying potential members
  • Booking meetings for our sales organization
  • Building and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Administrative follow-up in CRM systemsFirst key responsibility or task area

You will work with clear targets for meeting bookings and pipeline, and you will receive ongoing coaching so you continuously develop and sharpen your approach.

Your profile

  • You are structured, proactive, and take responsibility for your results
  • You have strong communication skills and present yourself professionally
  • You enjoy speaking with new people and are motivated to create results via the phone
  • You have an interest in the business world and outbound sales
  • Communicate professionally in Dutch and English

Experience in sales or meeting booking is an advantage, but not a requirement – the most important thing is your motivation and willingness to learn.
