Thimon de Jong is the founder of WHETSTON Strategic Foresight, a think tank focused on future human behavior, societal change, and their impact on leadership and business strategy. A global keynote speaker and leadership trainer, he has worked with organizations including Morgan Stanley, Vodafone, IKEA, and Nike. He is the author of Future Human Behavior (published by Routledge in 2023) and lectures at Utrecht University, where he connects academic research to practical business strategy.
