Biography 

Simon Dufaur is a strategic thinker and accomplished consultant with over 25 years of global leadership and advisory experience. As Head of Strategy & Consulting at MCI Group, he leads multi-national teams, manages significant P&L responsibilities, and provides strategic oversight for healthcare organizations, international associations, and corporate clients. 

Simon also serves as Chief Executive for two international associations, a Board Advisor to various organizations, and a Non-Executive Director at the Ethical Technology Institute. In addition, he chairs nine C-level business peer groups for EGN, facilitating collaborative discussions and trend-sharing among top executives. With dual degrees in geography, a Master’s in European Politics, and executive certifications in business strategy and healthcare compliance, Simon combines academic rigor with practical expertise to help organizations and individuals achieve strategic success.
