The EGN Leadership Report 2024 is based on a survey that was sent out to almost 16,000 members in EGN. A total of 3,328 EGN members answered the survey during October 2023.<\/p>

The study\u2019s main theme is based on questions about strategic priorities and the five key challenges:<\/p>

    2. Sustainability<\/li>
    3. Remote and hybrid working<\/li>
    4. Attracting and keeping employees<\/li>
    5. Future leadership competencies<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
