My career has taken me through major industrial companies in roles as COO, VP and General Manager – across both family-owned and multinational environments. I hold a Master of Science in Engineering, an MBA and a Master in Executive Coaching, and I’ve worked as a global senior consultant for FranklinCovey. When a member brings a challenge to the table, I draw on all of that – my own lived experience in the field, my coaching background, and the consulting work – to understand what’s really going on and to ask the questions that push the thinking further.

When you walk into one of my peer group meetings, you’ll find an open and curious atmosphere where people genuinely listen, share and debate with a constructive and positive mindset. I deliberately vary the way I set up the debates, often splitting the group into smaller clusters to allow for more intense and personal conversations. And I ask a lot of questions – and follow-up questions – because that’s where the real depth tends to emerge.

I became a Chair because I like connecting with people, and even more so when I can help take those connections somewhere meaningful. The discussions in my peer groups are already interesting by nature – but what drives me is lifting them to an even higher level through facilitation. What I find most rewarding is the moment at the end of each meeting when every participant shares what they are taking away and commits to one concrete action they will implement in the coming days. I am always pleasantly surprised by the diversity and richness of what people take from the same conversation – it’s a constant reminder of why this kind of peer group work matters.
