Anne-Marie Finch holds an MSc in Psychology and specialises in talent development. Since 2016, she has been recognized as a leadership expert and has contributed over 60 newspaper columns to\u00a0reputable\u00a0newspapers such as\u202fBerlingske, B\u00f8rsen,<\/em>\u202fand\u00a0FINANS<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is listed in the Confederation of Danish Industry\u2019s \u2019Boards of the Future\u2019 and \u2019DiverseExpert\u2019 networks as both a talent and spokesperson.
