About Trine Grönlund

Trine is an established and trusted speaker, business coach, and change-maker. She has lectured about mental health and personal growth at various venues for the past 15 years and produced and starred in several webTV shows.

Her busy career includes years of working experience with research-based neuro strategies to elevate leaders, their team, and their company – as well as 12 long years within business development and communications in New York City where she worked with several Fortune 500 companies. She has vast experience from designing, packaging, and implementing long term change programs – for the past two years with 300 leaders from 40 different organizations from the south of Sweden.

Today, she is the successful founder of Innergi – an online gym offering high achieving companies mental strength training in a new innovative and social way. Her gym is aimed to contribute to UN’s Agenda 2030 by raising awareness of the importance of emotional wellbeing and a more human and mentally sustainable (brain friendly) corporate culture.
