Klimaomstilling og global pandemi f\u00e5r verden til at bev\u00e6ge sig hurtigere end nogensinde. Det viser en ny rapport fra EGN, hvor hele 75 procent af de udspurgte ledere var \u201denige\u201d eller \u201dsv\u00e6rt enige\u201d i udsagnet:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201dVerden bev\u00e6ger sig hurtigt og fremtidig udvikling bliver mere usikker og sv\u00e6rere at forudse\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c5rsagen til denne opfattelse af fremtidens arbejdsmarked skal findes i de kriser, som 2020 b\u00f8d p\u00e5. Det kr\u00e6ver mod at satse proaktivt, men det bliver en n\u00f8dvendighed at komme problemerne i fork\u00f8bet. Ligeledes viser svarene fra rapporten, at fremtiden skal designes med hj\u00e6lp af samarbejde. I en til stadighed mere og mere globaliseret verden, skal virksomheder blive endnu bedre til at samarbejde.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"gode-intentioner-er-ikke-nok\">Gode intentioner er ikke nok<\/h2>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste skridt til at h\u00e5ndtere en usikker fremtid er at have intentionerne i orden. I enhver virksomhed skal der fra lederens side v\u00e6re et udtalt \u00f8nske om at v\u00e6re omstillingsparat. Men gode intentioner er ikke nok. Der skal aktivt handles for at v\u00e6re p\u00e5 forkant med fremtiden. Ogs\u00e5 selvom dette betyder, at man tager chancer, som falder til jorden. Hvis man fejler, pr\u00f8ver man noget nyt, og s\u00e5dan bliver man ved.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"fladere-struktur-og-mere-fleksibilitet\">Fladere struktur og mere fleksibilitet<\/h2>\n<p>Flere end halvdelen af de adspurgte ledere svarer, at de h\u00e5ndterer den stigende usikkerhed ved at arbejde mere fleksibelt. Dette er en anerkendelse af behovet for fladere strukturer, som g\u00f8r det nemmere for virksomhederne at omorganisere sine teams. S\u00e5dan fleksibilitet ruster erhverv til at kunne klare pludselige skift p\u00e5 det globale og lokale arbejdsmarked. Den traditionelle pyramidestruktur vil i stigende grad blive udfaset. Udover at have fokus p\u00e5 v\u00e6kst via innovation, vil man se, at mange virksomheder investerer i \u201drevenue intelligence\u201d. Dette er en fuldst\u00e6ndig gennemgang af alle virksomhedens facetter. Virksomheder, der er teknologisk f\u00f8rende p\u00e5 deres felt, vokser fem gange hurtigere end deres konkurrenter. Man taler om en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/egn.com\/dk\/baeredygtig-bevidsthed-er-det-nye-sort\/\">b\u00e6redygtig bevidsthed<\/a>,<\/strong>som er filosofien omkring det psykiske velv\u00e6re hos medarbejderne.
