Mange virksomheder har v\u00e6ret n\u00f8dt til at l\u00e6re rigtig meget rigtig hurtigt, n\u00e5r det kommer til omstillingsparathed og hybrid fleksibilitet. Alligevel mener ph.d. i ledelse og organisation, coach og partner i Augmenti, Lise Dahl Arvedsen, at transformationen kun lige er begyndt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201dGrundl\u00e6ggende set er vores arbejdsmarked forankret i tankegange helt tilbage fra industrialiseringen for 150 \u00e5r siden. Og selvom vi har v\u00e6ret n\u00f8dt til at t\u00e6nke i nye baner med en meget stejl l\u00e6ringskurve, s\u00e5 er der stadig et enormt uforl\u00f8st potentiale.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Lise Dahl Arvedsen har forsket i hybrid og virtuel ledelse siden 2015, og for hende er der ingen tvivl om, at Coronapandemien har sat skub i tingene.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dTilbage i 2015 troede jeg f\u00f8rst, at vi ville se et stort skred inden for den hybride transformation om 10 eller femten \u00e5r. Skredet er indtruffet allerede, men hvis vi skal forts\u00e6tte udviklingen, er det vigtigt, at vi ikke bare n\u00f8jes med at indf\u00f8re en work from home ordning. Men fleksibilitet er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis nok at tilbyde, hvis man vil forblive konkurrencedygtig som moderne organisation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dSom en del af den af det skred, vi ser p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet, ser vi mere og mere, at is\u00e6r de yngre generationer eftersp\u00f8rger jobs med mening og form\u00e5l. Jobs som har en positiv effekt p\u00e5 planeten og samfundet.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Virksomheder kan i fremtiden blive n\u00f8dt til at l\u00e6gge om i deres v\u00e6rdigrundlag, hvis de fortsat skal kunne tiltr\u00e6kke talentmasse.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201dDagene med de store hj\u00f8rnekontorer og h\u00f8je l\u00f8nninger svinder. F\u00e6rre og f\u00e6rre bliver villige til at arbejde med noget, som ikke tiltaler dem ideologisk, bare fordi l\u00f8nnen er h\u00f8j.\u201d <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sammen med form\u00e5l og fleksibilitet ser vi for tiden en stor bev\u00e6gelse inden for b\u00e6redygtighed, is\u00e6r i forhold til <a href=\"https:\/\/egn.com\/dk\/baeredygtighed-paa-alle-niveauer\/\">b\u00e6redygtige forhold<\/a> p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dDer kommer st\u00f8rre og st\u00f8rre fokus p\u00e5, at man skal passe p\u00e5 sine medarbejdere og skabe en psykologisk tryg kultur. Den hybride organisation hj\u00e6lper kraftigt til at skabe et holdbart arbejdsliv, hvor man har st\u00f8rre mulighed for afbr\u00e6k og mere selvbestemmelse. Hvis ikke det bliver gjort ordentligt, er der dog risiko for at skabe \u00f8get stress og mindske sammenh\u00e6ngskraften\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"nye-krav-til-lederne\"><strong>Nye krav til lederne<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lise Dahl Arvedsen arbejder som konsulent med ledelsesudvikling. Hun coacher ledere til at skabe succes med et holdbart samarbejde i en hybrid organisation. Udover praktiske teknologiske udfordringer, ser hun ogs\u00e5, at mange ledere oplever helt nye krav til deres position.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dI de hybride organisationer l\u00e6gges der mere ansvar over p\u00e5 den enkelte medarbejder. Det g\u00f8r, at ledernes opgave i h\u00f8jere grad bliver at sikre medarbejdernes tilh\u00f8rsforhold til arbejdspladsen. Der kommer alts\u00e5 et \u00f8get fokus p\u00e5 relationer og n\u00e6rv\u00e6r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Lise Dahl Arvedsen arbejder med at pege p\u00e5 de blinde vinkler, som kan opst\u00e5, n\u00e5r man overg\u00e5r til et hybridt samarbejde.
