Det giver mange fordele, men det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en udfordring for den enkelte leder at videreuddanne sig og avancere i hierarkiet.<\/p>\n<p>Mange ledere har ogs\u00e5 et fleksibelt arbejdsliv med hjemmearbejdsdage og forskudte arbejdstider. I mange tilf\u00e6lde bliver det derfor sv\u00e6rt, at f\u00e5 traditionel klasseundervisning passet ind i en travl hverdag.<\/p>\n<p>Virtuel l\u00e6ring kan v\u00e6re l\u00f8sningen og kan passes ind i de fleste lederes liv.
