LEDELSESKOMMISIONEN L\u00c6GGER OP TIL MERE SPARRING P\u00c5 TV\u00c6RS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I det offentlige er det ikke nok som leder at motivere medarbejdere og s\u00f8rge for en sund bundlinje. Med j\u00e6vne mellemrum skal den offentlige leder h\u00e5ndtere og implementere ny lovgivning, lytte til krav fra borgere og skiftende holdninger hos politikere.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Beslutninger tages p\u00e5 baggrund af politiske forhandlinger og kompromiser, der til tider kan f\u00f8les irrationelle.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Og mens effektivisering kan v\u00e6re et motivationsord for mange ledere i det private erhvervsliv, betyder det som regel nedsk\u00e6ringer i det offentlige.<\/p>\n<p>Ledelseskommissionen har i snart et \u00e5r unders\u00f8gt, hvordan man kan l\u00f8se de s\u00e6rlige udfordringer, som offentlige ledere st\u00e5r overfor. Resultaterne forventes offentliggjort umiddelbart efter overenskomstforhandlingerne i for\u00e5ret 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kommissionsformand: dr\u00f8ft udfordringer med ligesindede<\/strong><br \/>\nFor nylig udtalte formand for ledelseskommissionen, Allan S\u00f8gaard Larsen dog, at de offentlige ledere har presserende brug for at kunne dr\u00f8fte de daglige udfordringer med ligesindede \u2500 og f\u00e5 lov til at g\u00f8re tingene p\u00e5 nye m\u00e5der.<\/p>\n<p>Og det er Birgitte Wilms netv\u00e6rksdirekt\u00f8r og netv\u00e6rksleder i EGN Danmark enig i:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dOffentlige ledere arbejder i en stor kompleksitet og skal navigere i en hverdag, hvor lovgivninger skifter, og beslutninger tages p\u00e5 baggrund af politiske forhandlinger og kompromiser, der til tider kan f\u00f8les irrationelle og v\u00e6re sv\u00e6re at forklare overfor medarbejderne.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Klemt i en nulfejlskultur<\/strong><br \/>\nHerudover eksisterer der nogle steder en nulfejlskultur, der kan virke som en h\u00e6msko for den offentlige ledere \u2013 s\u00e6rligt i de borgern\u00e6re institutioner:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Det er sv\u00e6rt, n\u00e5r man som administration ofte kommer i klemme p\u00e5 grund af ny lovgivning eller skal h\u00e5ndtere politikere, som er valgt til at v\u00e6re uenige.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201dHvor det tidligere var politikerne, der tog skraldet, risikerer du nu som leder i det offentlige at ende p\u00e5 forsiden. Det g\u00f8r, at mange bliver mere tilbageholdende og garderer sig. Den nulfejlskultur kan st\u00e5 i vejen for at skabe positive forandringer,\u201d siger Birgitte Wilms.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00f8lge netv\u00e6rkslederen, der har en baggrund som leder b\u00e5de i det private og offentlige, er de offentlige ledere ofte yderst veluddannede og kompetente. Det g\u00f8r, at de form\u00e5r at rykke ved b\u00e5de tv\u00e6rfaglighed og skabe store omstruktureringer. MEN:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDet er sv\u00e6rt, n\u00e5r man som administration ofte kommer i klemme p\u00e5 grund af ny lovgivning eller skal h\u00e5ndtere politikere, som er valgt til at v\u00e6re uenige. Vilk\u00e5rene i dag er, at mange flere opgaver skal l\u00f8ses hurtigere, bedre \u2013 og for f\u00e6rre penge. Samtidig skal du kunne dokumentere og forsvare det hele overfor borgerne og medierne,\u201d forklarer Birgitte Wilms og forts\u00e6tter:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dDet g\u00f8r, at nogle af de dygtige ledere ender med at forlade de offentlige organisationer. Og det er synd, n\u00e5r de ud\u00f8ver s\u00e5 stor kreativitet og innovation \u2013 som det offentlige jo har brug for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Netv\u00e6rk dig til l\u00f8sninger<\/strong><br \/>\nEn del af l\u00f8sningen kan v\u00e6re \u2013 som ledelseskommissionens formand ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5peger &#8211; at s\u00f8ge r\u00e5d og sparring blandt ligesindede fagf\u00e6ller.<\/p>\n<p>EGN Danmarks netv\u00e6rk for offentlige ledere giver ledere mulighed for netop at diskutere g\u00e6ldende og ny praksis og teori i et fortroligt forum, hvor medlemmerne ikke risikerer sanktioner for at flage deres udfordringer. Noget som mange af netv\u00e6rksdeltagerne beskriver som en rigtig god og konkret form for ledelsesudvikling.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.egn.dk\/indsigt\/sadan-leder-du-opad-nedad-udad-og-pa-tvaers\">L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5:\u00a0S\u00e5dan leder du opad, nedad, udad og p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201dEGNs netv\u00e6rksdeltagere kan p\u00e5 et fortroligt plan diskutere med andre ledere p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af offentlige organisationer. Det er en god mulighed for at vende problematikker, f\u00e5 inspiration og mod til at l\u00f8se ledelsesopgaven p\u00e5 nye m\u00e5der.
