Men det efterlader en blind vinkel. Stress og mistrivsel rammer ogs\u00e5 lederne, men hvordan kan vi forebygge dette s\u00e5 meget som muligt?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lill Palmblad er erhvervspsykolog og autoriseret arbejdsmilj\u00f8r\u00e5dgiver. Hun er direkt\u00f8r og partner i Palmblad Erhvervspsykologi og Better Worklife, og udgav i januar 2024 bogen \u2019Hvem passer p\u00e5 chefen\u2019 sammen med erhvervs- og krisepsykolog Louise Dinesen. Bogen har de skrevet for at g\u00f8re op med den blinde vinkel, som findes p\u00e5 rigtig mange arbejdspladser og p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af brancher. I denne artikel forklarer og svarer Lill Palmblad p\u00e5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om ledernes trivsel.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"samtidig-med-de-mange-krav-til-ledelse-og-ledere-er-lederes-egen-trivsel-og-psykosociale-arbejdsmiljoe-ofte-overset-og-tabuiseret\"><strong>Samtidig med de mange krav til ledelse og ledere, er lederes egen trivsel og psykosociale arbejdsmilj\u00f8 ofte overset og tabuiseret?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;Ja, vi skal have mere fokus p\u00e5 lederes trivsel \u2013 for deres egen skyld og for hele organisationens. N\u00e5r vi snakker arbejdsmilj\u00f8, fokuserer vi oftest kun p\u00e5 medarbejdernes trivsel, mens lederne er dem, der skal sikre dette. Men hvilke vilk\u00e5r har lederne selv for at levere trivsel og resultater?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"hvordan-kan-vi-undersoege-afhjaelpe-og-forebygge-problemer-i-ledernes-arbejdsmiljoe\"><strong>Hvordan kan vi unders\u00f8ge, afhj\u00e6lpe og forebygge problemer i ledernes arbejdsmilj\u00f8?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;Mistrivsel og stress er et stort problem blandt ledere,&#8221; siger Palmblad. &#8220;Det f\u00f8rste skridt er at blive bevidst om, at lederne ogs\u00e5 har behov for rimelige arbejdsvilk\u00e5r og for st\u00f8tte. Ingen har negligeret dette af ond vilje, men n\u00e5r vi begynder at kalde et menneske for leder, kommer vi ofte til at glemme, at de netop ogs\u00e5 er mennesker. Vi skal begynde at tale om, hvordan vi kan sikre ledernes trivsel.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Palmblad bem\u00e6rker, at sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let om ledernes trivsel ofte bliver overset.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Vi skrev en artikel for \u00e5r siden, som hedder &#8216;Vi taler for lidt om lederes psykosociale arbejdsmilj\u00f8&#8217;. Det er et emne, som falder ned mellem stolene og mellem linjerne \u2013 kulturelt, men ogs\u00e5 helt konkret i organisationer og p\u00e5 arbejdspladser. Jo mere vi talte om det, jo mere uklart fandt vi ud af at det ofte er, hvor opgaven for ledernes trivsel ligger. Hvem regner vi med tager sig af det?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Der er en blind vinkel. Arbejdstilsynet f\u00f8rer heller ikke tilsyn med ledernes arbejdsmilj\u00f8, kun medarbejdernes. Lederne griner, n\u00e5r vi sp\u00f8rger om de oplever, at Arbejdstilsynet har fokus p\u00e5 deres vilk\u00e5r og arbejdsmilj\u00f8. De er begyndt at tage det op nu i Arbejdstilsynet, men der er stadig en lang vej at g\u00e5.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"hvordan-har-du-i-din-research-og-erfaring-oplevet-at-vi-negligerer-lederne\"><strong>Hvordan har du i din research og erfaring oplevet, at vi negligerer lederne?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;Vi har et billede af ledere som v\u00e6rende helte, der kan holde til alt. Og s\u00e5 ligger det ligesom i d\u00e9t, at hvis de ikke kan, er de m\u00e5ske ikke egnede som ledere. Det er en af grundene til, at vi ikke har talt h\u00f8jt om det. Men det handler ikke om at sige, at ledere er svage eller uegnede, men at anerkende, at lederjobbet er sv\u00e6rt og vigtigt. Ved at sikre ledernes trivsel skaber vi en sundere og mere produktiv arbejdsplads for alle.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"har-du-en-specifik-oplevelse-i-erindring-som-kan-vise-hvordan-en-chef-eller-leders-arbejdsmiljoe-har-vaeret-udfordret\"><strong>Har du en specifik oplevelse i erindring, som kan vise, hvordan en chef eller leders arbejdsmilj\u00f8 har v\u00e6ret udfordret?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;En leder rakte h\u00e5nden op til et foredrag og sagde tak, for i hendes 19 \u00e5r som leder var der aldrig f\u00f8r nogen der havde talt om hendes trivsel. Det beviser, hvordan vi selv bliver opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5 problemet, n\u00e5r vi taler om det.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"hvordan-kan-man-arbejde-forebyggende-mod-at-ens-ledere-knaekker\"><strong>Hvordan kan man arbejde forebyggende mod at ens ledere kn\u00e6kker?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>&#8220;Det f\u00f8rste er at blive bevidst om problemet. Vi skal anerkende, at det er komplekst og et f\u00e6lles ansvar, fuldst\u00e6ndig som det \u00f8vrige arbejdsmilj\u00f8. Vi skal have en strategisk infrastruktur og lade det komme under den f\u00e6lles dagsorden.
