Markedsf\u00f8ring handler ikke om at r\u00e5be h\u00f8jst, men om at skabe tillid og \u00e6gte forbindelser. Det kr\u00e6ver mod at vise s\u00e5rbarhed, turde v\u00e6re personlig og invitere andre indenfor. I en fortrolig relation kan mennesker \u00e5bne sig, dele problemer og finde l\u00f8sninger sammen. Det handler om at mestre sit sprog med elegance, selvtillid og et glimt i \u00f8jet. Romer opfordrer til at bruge snappy comebacks, ordspil, faste vendinger og klich\u00e9er \u2013 men altid med en original og overraskende drejning. N\u00e5r vi tager det velkendte og giver det et twist, skaber vi b\u00e5de genkendelse og fornyelse.
