T<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">il trods for<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at for\u00e5ret var en h\u00e5rd tid, og sommeren lidt mere blid, er den anden b\u00f8lge af\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">C<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">orona nu over os. Mental sundhed er endnu engang p\u00e5 agendaen &#8211;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0sundhedsm\u00e6ssige konsekvenser af en global sundhedskrise, politisk uro, \u00f8konomisk usikkerhed, stigende arbejdsl\u00f8shed, social isolation, hjemsendelser p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen, fyringer, mundbindskrav, udgangskrav og meget mere, er for alvor blevet en realitet igen. Men<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0det kan f\u00f8les som om<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, at<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0den f\u00f8rste pandemi tilbage i for\u00e5ret<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">var over os l\u00e6nge nok til, at vores medarbejdere fik adgang til n\u00f8dvendige ressourcer og strategier til at h\u00e5ndtere deres \u201dnye normal\u201d, og det stress\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">som\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hjemmearbejde for mange medf\u00f8rte, er faktum desv\u00e6rre<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at mange stadig k\u00e6mper<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tilbage i april s\u00f8rgede mange af os for at passe p\u00e5 hinanden p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen og sende bet\u00e6nksomme tanker frem og tilbage. Dengang var krisen akut, og det er den ogs\u00e5 nu, hvorfor vi stadig ikke m\u00e5 glemme at tage h\u00e5nd om hinanden, til trods for Corona nu kaldes for \u201danden b\u00f8lge\u201d, og vi har pr\u00f8vet det \u201den gang f\u00f8r\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mental sundhed p\u00e5 dagsordenen\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">At tale om mental sundhed kan i bedste fald f\u00f8les vanskelig og i v\u00e6rste fald skr\u00e6mmende<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Mental sundhed\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bliver\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hurtig\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en ond cirkel &#8211; jo f\u00e6rre folk<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0taler om det p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen (selv n\u00e5r de ved, at<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0der er nogle der\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">k\u00e6mper), jo mere vokser stigmaet. Her kommer tre r\u00e5d:\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Tal om helbred<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Du har sikkert f\u00f8r spurgt din kollega ind til de rygsmerter<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0han k\u00e6mper med<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">p\u00e5 grund af for meget stilstand p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Du har sikkert ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8r spurgt en kollega ind til hendes korsb\u00e5ndsskade, hun fik p\u00e5 en l\u00f8betur. M\u00e5ske du s\u00e5gar selv har delt opdateringer om dine s\u00e6sonbetonende allergier, eller dine ford\u00f8jelsesproblemer, men hvorfor er dette nemt? Hvorfor er det nemmere at sp\u00f8rge ind til helbred, kontra at sp\u00f8rge ind til mentalt helbred? Kunne det ikke v\u00e6re meget simplet\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">at<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0sige noget\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: \u201d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Det lyder som om dine rygsmerter bliver bedre. Det e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r godt at h\u00f8re!\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Og hvordan har<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">din mentale sundhed i disse dage? Jeg ved, at dette kan v\u00e6re meget stressende tider &#8211; og lad mig det vide, hvis jeg overskrider<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0..<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. \u201d (<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">g stop derefter med at tale.)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Det\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kan v\u00e6re en fordel<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, hvis du ogs\u00e5 er villig til at dele dine egne kampe, fordi det normaliserer diskussionen. Det er virkelig sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 en god nats s\u00f8vn, n\u00e5r jeg er bekymret for mine\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">b\u00f8rns sikkerhed\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">p\u00e5\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">skolen. Hvad med dig? Hvad holder dig oppe om natten? &#8221; (Og s\u00e5 igen, stop med at tale.) Det er vigtigt at bem\u00e6rke, at hvis du ikke tidligere har haft en t\u00e6t forbindelse med en bestemt medarbejder, kan dit forhold have en lav psykologisk sikkerhed. For at opbygge<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0dette, s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kal du tage sm\u00e5 skridt. En medarbejder, der mener, at du ser dem som\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00f8delagte<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, kan bekymre sig om, at du ikke ser dem som dygtige eller trov\u00e6rdige, hvilket kan underminere deres tillid og\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ikke mindst deres\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kompetence<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Im\u00f8dekom dine\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kolleger med den tankegang, at de er ressourcest\u00e6rke,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0dygtige<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">muligvis har brug for din support, men n\u00f8dvendigvis<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ikke<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0l\u00f8sninger.
