Vi har v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 heldige at tale med Marianne om hvorfor teambuilding er mere v\u00e6sentligt end nogensinde f\u00f8r, og hvordan\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">ordet\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">teambuilding egentlig skal forst\u00e5s i 2021.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Vores arbejdsvaner har \u00e6ndret sig markant og budt p\u00e5 store forandringer p\u00e5 b\u00e5de godt og ondt i l\u00f8bet af det seneste \u00e5r. Mange organisationer er lykkedes med at arbejde videre hjemmefra og har form\u00e5et at holde forretningen k\u00f8rende trods de mange restriktioner. Perioderne v\u00e6k fra arbejdspladsen og ikke mindst kollegerne har imidlertid v\u00e6ret en stor udfordring for mange medarbejdere, og trivslen blandt mange er faldet. Aldrig f\u00f8r har behovet for at m\u00f8des v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 stort &#8211; og aldrig har det v\u00e6ret s\u00e5 vanskeligt at m\u00f8des.<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">At sadle om\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Da coronakrisen v\u00e6ltede ind over os tilbage i marts, var det ikke blot<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> at forholde sig til en virus, nej, vi kunne alle nikkede genkendende til, at vi m\u00e5tte sadle om og t\u00e6nke i nye baner. For mange af os<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0bet\u00f8d det ogs\u00e5<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0at de mange timer p\u00e5 kontoret, med kompetente kollegaer i n\u00e6rheden, kontinuerlige ture til kaffemaskinen, og den gode frokostordning, nu var skiftet ud kontor i sovev\u00e6relset og hjemsendelse af unger. Flere danske virksomheder har lykkedes gennem coronakrisen p\u00e5 baggrund af omsadling, og Lykke &amp; Co er ingen undtagelse.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Lykke og Co, har eksistereret siden 2007 og\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">gennemf\u00f8rer<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0en r\u00e6kke egenudviklede l\u00e6rende virksomhedsspil og underholdende teambuilding aktiviteter, neto<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">p\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">fordi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0to hoveder t\u00e6nker bedre end\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e9<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">t, og fire h\u00e6nder arbejder dobbelt s\u00e5 hurtigt som to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vi har de seneste 12 \u00e5r k\u00f8rt rundt til virksomheder landet over, og lavet de her almindelige teambuildings-spil og \u00f8velser, hvis man kan kalde det det. Her l\u00f8ser teams opgaver sammen fysisk, vi har is\u00e6r v\u00e6ret meget kendt for vores mordg\u00e5der. S\u00e5 kom Corona i marts, og vi m\u00e5tte t\u00e6nke i nye baner. Vi har f\u00f8r talt om muligheden for virtuelle indslag til vores almindelige spil, og allerede slut april havde vi stablet vores f\u00f8rste virtuelle teambuilding arrangement p\u00e5 benene<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Sidenhen har\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vi\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lavet hundredevis<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0af<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0disse<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Alene p\u00e5<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0tre uger<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> september afholdte vi 150 arrangementer<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s\u00e5 det har virkelig taget om sig<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Et globalt marked\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201dDette har ogs\u00e5 \u00e5<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bnet op for den her nye verden, hvor\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">det er ligegyldigt hvor man sidder\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">henne<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">for<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0alle kan v\u00e6re med. Vi har nu arrangementer i alt\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">lige fra Singapore<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">USA og til forskellige lande i Europa<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Men indtr\u00e6de et marked, der nu hedder hele verden, kan vel alt andet lige ikke undg\u00e5 at f\u00f8re udfordringer med sig?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201dMan kan p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5de sige, at det har v\u00e6ret en hel ny branche at indtr\u00e6de, og\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vi har f\u00e5et en hel ny gren af vores virksomhed<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Vi har skulle l\u00e6re\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">om\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">de\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kulturforskelle, der <\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nu engang\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r. N\u00e5r man skal samle folk\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af landegr\u00e6nser, s\u00e5 er det ogs\u00e5 vigtigt, at man har<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bygget\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">noget\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">op<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">der kan d\u00e6kke<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0og ramme aktualitet for alle.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Endvidere<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, har der v\u00e6ret de h<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r mindre ting, s\u00e5som\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tidsforskelle man ogs\u00e5 skal v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s\u00e5 det har udviklet sig meget, og det har selvf\u00f8lgelig ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6ret en proces for l\u00e6ring, is\u00e6r i de f\u00f8rste m\u00e5neder, men med l\u00e6ring kommer der<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0jo ogs\u00e5<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0det, at man finder ud af hvad der virker, og hvad der m\u00e5ske ikke virker helt s\u00e5 godt<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Det at f\u00e5 et marked, der nu hedder hele<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0verden,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">har\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ogs\u00e5 gjort at den normale kontortid man arbejder med herhjemme, og den normale event tid, hvor der er lidt stille hen over sommeren og i ferieren,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">er blevet mere transparent. Vi holder ikke ferier p\u00e5 samme tid, p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af lande, s<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e5 vores spidsperioder har ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5et sig fordelt lidt mere j\u00e6vnt ud hen over \u00e5ret.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Et par af vores arrangementer har v\u00e6ret\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">midt om natten her i Danmark, fordi det s\u00e5 har v\u00e6ret dagstid i et andet land.<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Corona har for os bragt\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mange muligheder med sig, og helt sikkert<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ogs\u00e5<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0muligheder<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">der kommer til at fors\u00e6tte n\u00e5r<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0pandemien<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0engang har lagt sig lidt igen<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ordet teambuilding burde slettes fra ordbogen\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Marianne, du har f\u00f8r udtalt, at ordet teambuilding burde slettes fra ordbogen, hvordan skal den forst\u00e5s? <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201dJa, det er m\u00e5ske ogs\u00e5 lidt h\u00e5rdt og sige det p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de, men man kan sige, teambuilding er jo noget vi alle har kendt meget til her i Danmark siden 80\u2019erne. Man havde alle de her kanindr\u00e6ber kurser som blev meget kendte, frygtet og ber\u00f8mte. Men det har udviklet sig meget de sidste 40 \u00e5r, hvad det <\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">er<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">folk<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0forbinder med teambuilding. Jeg har personlig selv lidt en f\u00f8lelse af, at teambuilding er blevet s\u00e5dan et udvasket ord, fordi det betyder noget forskelligt, og kan betyde\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">hundred<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">vis af forskellige ting al afh\u00e6ngig af<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0hvem man snakker med. Netop derfor kan det v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at bruge det som et overordnet ord, der betyder det samme for alle. Jeg selv er g\u00e5et lidt mere over i retningen af at bruge ordet teamudvikling<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0om meget af det vi laver, fordi det kombinerer flere ting, b\u00e5de noget, hvor man kan have en social, sjov og underholdende dag, men hvor man ogs\u00e5\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">kombinere<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">r\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">l\u00e6ring<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, som er underl\u00e6ggende i vores oplevelser. Her bliver man f.eks. n\u00f8dt til at kommunikere, bliver bedre til at samarbejde, tr\u00e6ner sine innovationsevner, s\u00e5 derfor synes jeg teamudvikling er et rigtig godt ord at bruge<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. N<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00e5r man\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">indenfor<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> virksomheds regi snakker om at bruge ressourcer p\u00e5 at lave teamudvikling, s\u00e5 man ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5r lidt en vinkel p\u00e5, der kan give noget positivt efterf\u00f8lgende. Jeg oplever, at mange er tr\u00e6tte af det her ord teambuilding, \u201dNu skal vi lave teambuilding\u201d \u2013 Men hvad betyder det? Er det<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at vi skal ud og klatre\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">i<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tr\u00e6er<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, eller hvad er det? For os handler det om<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0at virksomhederne kan tage noget med hjem fra vores aktiviteter, s\u00e5som at kommunikere bedre, som kan give bedre produktivitet og skabe h\u00f8jere tal p\u00e5 bundlinjen<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. \u2013 Og dette er<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0is\u00e6r<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0g\u00e6ldende nu under Corona, hvor de fleste af os sidder hjemme, og skal arbejde p\u00e5 en ny m\u00e5de, vi skal l\u00e6re hvordan vi kommunikerer og arbejder p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af de her teams i en virtuel hverdag.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">BARE\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">KOM I\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">GANG!<\/span><\/b><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u201dVi har erfaret os, at der er opst\u00e5et et behov for at lave teambuilding. Jeg tror flere ledere har bem\u00e6rket, <\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">at trivslen er dalende hos mange medarbejdere, som m\u00e5ske f\u00f8ler sig ensomme og isoleret, af at arbejde hjemmefra. Mange af os mangler det her med at m\u00f8des med kollegaer ved kaffemaskinen, eller snakke over frokosten, s\u00e5 derfor er<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0der<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0kommet et meget st\u00f8rre behov, for at f\u00f8le man stadig h\u00f8rer til i en virksomhed. Vi vil rigtig gerne hj\u00e6lpe folk med at komme i gang, s\u00e5 folk ikke bare g\u00e5r rundt og t\u00e6nke<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">r; \u201dV<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">i venter lige lidt, for det bliver sikkert meget mere normalt<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0snart<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">. H<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">ellere<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0bare\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">starte i det sm\u00e5 og komme i gang, s\u00e5dan at man ikke bliver ved med at vente<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">og f\u00f8rst kommer i gang<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0n\u00e5r det er ved at v\u00e6re kritisk<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">og medarbejderne mangler den her\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">f\u00e6lleskabsf\u00f8lelse.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">Desuden ved vi, at der mange<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0der\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">faktisk<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">gerne vil fors\u00e6tte med at arbejde hjemmefra p\u00e5 den anden side af\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">C<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">orona<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">S\u00e5 derfor kan man lige s\u00e5 godt komme i gang med at finde ud af,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">J<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">amen hvordan arbejder vi virtuelt<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">? H<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">vordan f\u00e5r vi det til at fungere bedst muligt<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">? H<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">vordan laver vi teambuilding\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">virtuelt?<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0Derfor<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0er mit budskab<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">: BARE KOM I GANG! S\u00e5 skal vi nok give nogle tips og tricks til, hvordan man kommer i gang p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0der ikke beh\u00f8ver at v\u00e6re alt for kompliceret. Det kan nemlig godt virke lidt uoverskueligt at starte. Der kan v\u00e6re ret mange sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og teknisk frygt<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Teambuilding og netv\u00e6rk\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Teambuilding kan alts\u00e5 v\u00e6re et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til at undg\u00e5 dalende medarbejdertrivsel og manglende f\u00e6llesskabsf\u00f8lelse. Ligeledes kan et\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">professionelt<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0netv\u00e6rk.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201dEt citat jeg altid selv har brugt gennem mit eget liv, er det her med<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">;<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0\u201dVi l\u00e6rer hele livet\u201d, s\u00e5 derfor ser jeg ogs\u00e5 netv\u00e6rk som en m\u00e5de at udvikle mig selv personligt og fagligt. Dette g\u00f8r sig f.eks. ogs\u00e5 g\u00e6ldende for teambuilding, som man kan bruge til at udvikle sig i teams, men ogs\u00e5 sig selv som person<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">. L<\/span><\/i><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e6re sig selv bedre at kende, og l\u00e6re andre bedre at kende.
