What the Consequences of Significant Private Life Events Are: What are the ripple effects of events like divorce on firm behavior and performance, and how do they manifest in real-world scenarios?

How to Mitigate the Impact on the Firm: How can corporations ’soften’ or manage the consequences of private life events affecting their top executives. What strategies or approaches can be implemented to maintain stability and performance during these times?
