M\u00e5nga\u00a0 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar g\u00e5r inte i m\u00e5l trots att de \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga och till och med efterl\u00e4ngtade.<br \/><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>N\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbetet inte g\u00e5r som planerat \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att fokusera p\u00e5 tidplan och budget.<br \/><\/strong><strong>Men det r\u00e4cker s\u00e4llan med mer tid och pengar. Som chef \u00e4r du alltid i blickf\u00e5nget och ditt agerande p\u00e5verkar b\u00e5de hur dina medarbetare och andra i organisationen ser p\u00e5 f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen och engagerar sig.<\/p><p>Enligt en studie utf\u00f6rd av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/capabilities\/people-and-organizational-performance\/our-insights\/how-do-we-manage-the-change-journey\">McKinsey<\/a> uppger 86% av cheferna att de agerar som f\u00f6rebilder medan bara 53% av deras anst\u00e4llda upplever samma sak. Det finns med andra ord en klyfta mellan chefernas sj\u00e4lvbild och medarbetarnas upplevelse av ledarskapet.<\/p><p>De flesta chefer har goda intentioner med sitt ledarskap men det \u00e4r viktigt att skilja mellan intention och faktisk effekt. H\u00e4r g\u00e4ller det att vara mer effektstyrd \u00e4n aktivitetsstyrd som ledare, lyssna och utg\u00e5 fr\u00e5n medarbetarnas upplevelse som den sanna informationen n\u00e4r du planerar vad du ska l\u00e4gga din tid p\u00e5 och hur du ska agera f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 \u00f6nskad effekt.<\/p><p>Med en \u00f6kad insikt om hur det egna ledarskapet p\u00e5verkar beteenden och attityder hos andra kan alla chefer bli mer framg\u00e5ngsrika i att leda i vanlig fallgrop i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u00e4r det osynliga ledarskapet d\u00e4r ledare som k\u00e4nner sig os\u00e4kra p\u00e5 vad f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen inneb\u00e4r, sin roll och sina f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar drar sig tillbaka och blir passiva i sitt ledarskap. Att chefer inte engagerar sig i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen, undviker konflikter och \u00e4r otydliga i kommunikationen kan orsaka st\u00f6rre skada \u00e4n ett aktivt destruktivt ledarskap d\u00e4r chefen till exempel \u00e4r \u00f6verdrivet kr\u00e4vande i sitt s\u00e4tt att leda.<\/p><p>Ett passivt ledarskap d\u00e4r kommunikationen och dialogen om f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen blir otydlig eller uteblir, leder till os\u00e4kerhet och minskad tillit b\u00e5de till ledningen och inom arbetsgruppen. Det \u00f6ppnar upp f\u00f6r olika tolkningar om vad som ska h\u00e4nda, f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker k\u00e4nslan av os\u00e4kerhet som kan leda till frustration, f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrad produktivitet och utebliven beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndring i gruppen.<\/p><p>\u00c4ven ledare med goda intentioner kan uppfattas negativt. Att avvakta med information i ett os\u00e4kert l\u00e4ge och inte fatta beslut eller kommunicera kan uppfattas som fegt och passivt. Att lita p\u00e5 sina medarbetare och l\u00e5ta bli att l\u00e4gga sig i arbetet kan uppfattas som att chefen \u00e4r ointresserad. F\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbetet kan l\u00e4tt hamna i skuggan av det operativa som en f\u00f6ljd av hur du sj\u00e4lv hanterar din tid och hur andra, till exempel dina chefer vill att du prioriterar din tid. Att fundera p\u00e5 hur du kan strukturera upp tiden b\u00e4ttre s\u00e5 att du hinner med b\u00e5da perspektiven och f\u00e5r driv i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbetet \u00e4r en bra b\u00f6rjan.<\/p><p>Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4tt h\u00e4nt att bli f\u00f6r planerings- och aktivitetsstyrd i f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbetet. \u00c4ven om det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6lja planen och visa p\u00e5 framsteg, \u00e4r det minst lika viktigt att stanna upp ibland och ta sig tid att reflektera \u00f6ver hur det g\u00e5r, att l\u00e4ra sig av b\u00e5de framg\u00e5ngar och misstag och att g\u00f6ra det tillsammans med andra. H\u00e4r kan du som ledare g\u00f6ra skillnad genom att skapa utrymme i kalendern och st\u00e4lla r\u00e4tt fr\u00e5gor.<\/p><p>Att reflektera \u00e4r inte samma sak som att f\u00f6lja upp och diskutera aktiviteterna i projekt- eller styrgruppsm\u00f6ten. Det beh\u00f6vs utrymme f\u00f6r att lyssna p\u00e5 och diskutera med dina medarbetare och andra inblandade. Regelbunden och strukturerad reflektion kan \u00f6ka k\u00e4nslan av delaktighet och st\u00e4rker samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5gan.
