EGN Magazine ringde upp Ann-Louise Rova, Global Employer Branding Manager p\u00e5 Scania, f\u00f6r att h\u00f6ra om deras senaste strategiska insatser \u2013 och hur hon sj\u00e4lv lever i kompetensutveckling.<\/p>\n<p>Ann-Louise Rova \u00e4r Global Employer Branding Manager p\u00e5 Scania med m\u00e5nga \u00e5r inom HR-branschen. Rekrytering och Employer Branding har de senaste \u00e5ren varit hennes prim\u00e4ra fokus, tidigare p\u00e5 Arla Foods och sedan fyra \u00e5r tillbaka p\u00e5 lastbilsj\u00e4tten Scania. N\u00e4r EGN Magazine kontaktade henne var hon mitt uppe i prioriteringsarbetet med den nya globala strategin.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.egn.se\/sites\/default\/files\/files\/Ann-Louise-bild.png\" alt=\"Ann-Louise-bild.png\" width=\"512\" height=\"339\" data-entity-type=\"\" data-entity-uuid=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur rustar ni p\u00e5 Scania f\u00f6r framtiden?<\/strong><br \/>\nVi st\u00e5r ju inf\u00f6r ett stort teknikskifte, f\u00f6r oss drivet av digitalisering, elektrifiering och autonoma fordon. Med teknikskiftet har f\u00f6rst\u00e5s f\u00f6ljt ett stort kompetensskifte och behov av kompetensf\u00f6rflyttning. Vi har som m\u00e5l att vara det globala f\u00f6retag som driver skiftet mot mer h\u00e5llbara transportl\u00f6sningar. Den ambitionen \u00e4r jag stolt \u00f6ver. Vi har stort fokus p\u00e5 att beh\u00e5lla och utveckla den kompetens vi redan har och att vara en attraktiv arbetsgivare f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medarbetare idag liksom nya och potentiella medarbetare. Vi ser ett behov av att jobba strategiskt med att skapa strukturer och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att medarbetare ska kunna utvecklas i<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>sina befintliga roller,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>till exempel f\u00f6rdjupa sig i ny teknik, men ocks\u00e5 till nya roller. Det \u00e4r viktigt av flera sk\u00e4l, bland annat f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta det kompetensskifte vi st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r men ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r att vi har en kompetensbrist, inte minst inom IT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur arbetar ni konkret med att bygga den kompetens ni har?<\/strong><br \/>\nEn f\u00f6rdel med att vara ett stort globalt bolag \u00e4r ju m\u00f6jligheterna att kunna erbjuda nya karri\u00e4rstillf\u00e4llen internt. Bara i S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje d\u00e4r jag arbetar \u00e4r vi cirka 17 000 medarbetare. N\u00e5got vi \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng att testa i S\u00f6dert\u00e4lje \u00e4r att internt erbjuda en kompetensv\u00e4xling inom programmering, d\u00e4r medarbetare fr\u00e5n alla aff\u00e4rsomr\u00e5den kommer kunna ans\u00f6ka f\u00f6r en eventuell karri\u00e4rv\u00e4xling. Jag tror att vi beh\u00f6ver arbeta alltmer proaktivt med kompetensutveckling och kompetensv\u00e4xling. Ett annat exempel \u00e4r Scania Innovation factory. Medarbetare f\u00e5r h\u00e4r chans att pitcha sina id\u00e9er f\u00f6r v\u00e5rt \u201dBusiness Angel Forum\u201d. Id\u00e9n ska vara nyskapande, m\u00f6ta ett kundbehov och skapa v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r Scanias aff\u00e4r. Anser n\u00e5gon i Business Angel Forum att id\u00e9n \u00e4r v\u00e4rd att vidareutveckla f\u00e5r personen m\u00f6jligheten att ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sin ordinarie tj\u00e4nst under ett antal m\u00e5nader utveckla sitt koncept i Scania Innovation Factory. Det h\u00e4r tror vi kommer att st\u00e4rka v\u00e5r entrepren\u00f6rsanda och organisatoriskt skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r innovation och transformation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Var i organisation anser du att Talent Management h\u00f6r hemma &#8211; HR eller kommunikation?<\/strong><br \/>\nB\u00e5de och \u00e4r mitt svar idag. P\u00e5 Scania pratar vi One Brand, s\u00e5 inom People\/Employer Branding har vi ett gemensamt omr\u00e5de d\u00e4r vi jobbar mycket tajtare som HR och kommunikationsavdelning, b\u00e5de p\u00e5 ledningsgruppsniv\u00e5 och ut i verksamheten. Vi kommer med olika perspektiv och har olika delar att bidra med och visst kr\u00e4ver det mer flexibilitet av oss alla. Men f\u00f6rdelarna \u00e4r stora, och vi beh\u00f6ver ju ge samma story.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r den som \u00e4r ny i HR-branschen, vilka rookie-misstag ska man akta sig f\u00f6r och vad \u00e4r viktigt att inte missa?<\/strong><br \/>\nB\u00f6rja alltid med en kompetensplan som du utg\u00e5r fr\u00e5n i plan och strategi. Se \u00f6ver vad ni beh\u00f6ver idag och p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre sikt \u00e4r kopplat till era strategiska m\u00e5l. Jobba n\u00e4ra aff\u00e4ren och verksamheten. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kompetensutveckling och l\u00e4rande g\u00e4ller det att ha mod att t\u00e4nka nytt. Med dagens snabba utveckling beh\u00f6ver vi ha fokus p\u00e5 det st\u00e4ndiga l\u00e4randet och ta tid till att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra ett snabbare l\u00e4rande. Gl\u00f6m heller inte att allt beh\u00f6ver vara behovsstyrt. \u00c4r du ny i organisationen? Ta vara p\u00e5 ditt utanf\u00f6rperspektiv medan det \u00e4r f\u00e4rskt, ofta kan du se brister och m\u00f6jligheter \u00f6vriga kanske slutat att se. Kom inte efter i digitaliseringen utan luta dig in\u00e5t s\u00e5 du kan vara med och hitta fler digitala l\u00f6sningar. Kom ocks\u00e5 ih\u00e5g vad som finns \u201di huset\u201d. Mycket av kompetensutveckling handlar ju om att dela med sig och l\u00e4ra av andra, s\u00e5 skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar till samarbete i projekt med andra och d\u00e4r erfarenhetsutbyte g\u00f6rs. Fastna inte i traditionellt utbildningss\u00e4tt, \u00e4ven om det ocks\u00e5 forts\u00e4ttningsvis kommer beh\u00f6vas, utan uppt\u00e4ck f\u00f6rdelarna med att arbeta crossfunktionellt med aff\u00e4ren mellan olika omr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du har fokus p\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga tusen m\u00e4nniskor ska trivas och forts\u00e4tta utvecklas p\u00e5 jobbet. Vi brukar ju tala om\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u201dskomakarens barn\u201d.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0Tar du dig tid f\u00f6r egen kompetensutveckling?<\/strong><br \/>\nJag tror att mycket av l\u00e4rande och utbyte sker b\u00e4st tillsammans med andra. F\u00f6rutom att n\u00e4tverka, lyssna p\u00e5 poddar och f\u00f6lja olika forum, har jag precis blivit del av en n\u00e4tverksgrupp inom Talent Branding. Det var ett par \u00e5r sedan jag satsade p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r typen av kompetensutveckling personligen och f\u00f6re semestern hade vi v\u00e5rt f\u00f6rsta n\u00e4tverksm\u00f6te tillsammans och vi fick en toppenstart. En stor f\u00f6rdel i gruppen \u00e4r att vi har liknande yrkesroller men kommer fr\u00e5n olika branscher. Vi har och kommer att ha liknande utmaningar och kan d\u00e4r inspireras, hj\u00e4lpas \u00e5t och dela med oss p\u00e5 de h\u00e5ll d\u00e4r vi \u00f6nskar st\u00f6d men ocks\u00e5 n\u00e5tt framg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hur arbetar vi mer h\u00e5llbart med rekrytering?
