Anne-Marie Finch

Anne-Marie Finch holds an MSc in Psychology and specialises in talent development. Since 2016, she has been recognized as a leadership expert and has contributed over 60 newspaper columns to reputable newspapers such as Berlingske, Børsen, and FINANS.

She is listed in the Confederation of Danish Industry’s ’Boards of the Future’ and ’DiverseExpert’ networks as both a talent and spokesperson. Three times featured on the Talent 100 list in leadership and business development, she has extensive international experience in scaling growth companies and was a member of the Danish government’s Entrepreneurship Panel in 2017. In 2022, she started her own business and she owns the Belongingness trademark for both the EU and the UK.
