About the webinar

Learn how future leadership is about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Join the EGN Global live Webinar on May 25th at 9-10.00 AM CET and meet Anj Handa,
 Founder of
Inspiring Women Changemakers and speaker on diversity and inclusion.

Future leadership is about diversity, equity, and inclusion
There is a continuous shift in societal attitudes towards the need for equitable, accessible, and inclusive workplaces. This has been accelerated in part due to global events such as changing demographics, migration, ongoing physical and mental health issues following the pandemic, cost of living, and other factors.

About the webinar
Anj Handa will describe issues that impact talent recruitment and retention and share strategies and practical advice to help you to attract, develop and keep hold of your valued employees. She’ll describe how diversity enhances creativity – and how embracing a range of information and perspectives can lead to better decision-making, problem solving and innovation.

Anj will explain why some employees are ‘quiet quitting’ which has led to the so-called ‘Great Resignation’ and which straightforward adjustments you can make in your workplace.

We point out that only EGN members subsequently have access to the webinar materials: recording and associated hand-outs.
