Because we want to facilitate a discussion between the participants in the audience, we are using Zoom Meetings, not Zoom Webinar, to run this online event. This allows us to use Breakout Rooms for audience peer discussions and experience exchange, therefore if you turn on your camera while in the main session, you may end up in the recording of the event.
To avoid this, you can turn off your camera while in the main session. For interaction with the rest of the participants, we ask that you turn your camera and microphone on, while we break for group discussions.
