Join us for this EGN Thailand inspiration meeting, on February 25th at 7.30-11.00 AM in Central Bangkok.

A Special Experiential Briefing for Senior Business Leaders

Trust, Collaboration, and Communication in Complex Systems

In today’s organizations, breakdowns in trust, collaboration, and communication rarely come from poor intent or lack of capability. More often, they are the result of how systems are designed – the feedback loops, incentives, delays, and information gaps that shape everyday decisions.

In this highly interactive executive session, participants will take part in a systems dynamics simulation developed at MIT. Through lived experience and guided reflection, leaders will explore why smart people, doing what seems locally rational, can unintentionally create stress, misalignment, and breakdowns in trust across teams.

Leaders will leave with practical insights on how to:

  • Recognize when system dynamics, not people, are driving breakdowns in trust, collaboration, and communication
  • Shift from reactive firefighting to more preventative, system-aware leadership decisions
  • Improve shared visibility and shorten feedback loops across teams
  • Reinforce behaviors and incentives that strengthen trust and alignment before issues escalate

Rather than offering prescriptive answers, this session is designed to create insight, reflection, and memorable “aha” moments that leaders can translate directly into how they lead their organizations, teams, and cross-functional systems. This experience is particularly relevant for senior leaders managing complexity, interdependence, and growth.

NB: The event is limited to 30 participants. Registration is required, and seats are available on a first come, first served basis.

We point out that only EGN members subsequently have access to the event materials.
