Join us for this Free HR Forward session on November 25th 8.00AM-12.00 PM in Central Bangkok.
As we approach 2027, leaders face a world shaped by economic uncertainty, technological acceleration, shifting consumer expectations, evolving healthcare innovations, and profound societal change. Success will belong not to the organizations that simply react to disruption, but to those that anticipate it, adapt quickly, and lead with purpose.
Join four distinguished thought leaders from the fields of global development, market intelligence, healthcare innovation, and future-focused design as they explore the trends, challenges, and opportunities that will define the years ahead. Through diverse perspectives and practical insights, this executive panel will examine what it takes to build resilient organizations, cultivate human potential, and create sustainable growth in an increasingly complex world.
Whether you are a CEO, business leader, or decision-maker, this session will provide valuable insights to help you navigate uncertainty and lead confidently into the future.
The Experience: IMPROV Principles for Adaptive Leadership
Before you can lead adaptive teams through economic uncertainty, you need to experience what agility actually feels like. Led by IMPROV Communication, this interactive workshop gets you comfortable with the uncomfortable:
– “Yes, and…” — Build on ideas instead of shutting them down when resources are tight
– Embrace productive failure — Create spaces where smart experimentation happens despite pressure
– Build trust at speed — Develop collaboration skills that work when stakes are high
– Decision-making in the moment — Practice responding when the plan falls apart (again)
This isn’t corporate theater. It’s about rewiring how you show up as a leader when everything’s uncertain.
