About our Panel

 

Moderator: Greg Beatty is a member of the Advisory Council of the Thailand Regional Forum at Sasin Business School and a member of the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. His career involves law, business, tech & data protection. He has led ‘smart city’ mixed-use property developments, technology services to leading hotel brands, GSM networks, power plants, tech start-ups, digital transformation, and cyber & data law. 
 
 
Service & Manufacturing
Aubin Samacoits is the Director of Data & AI at Sertis, an AI consulting firm based in Bangkok. With a PhD in computational biology and over a decade of experience in machine learning, he leads a team of 30+ professionals delivering AI solutions across GenAI, computer vision, and predictive analytics. He is passionate about bridging cutting-edge research with real-world impact.
 
 

Education – Dr. Al Valentine is a retired U.S. Air Force Major, former diplomat, and entrepreneur. He teaches management at the University of Guam and co-leads BTAS Co. Ltd. in Thailand. With experience across government, business, and NGOs, he has advised Fortune 100 companies, heads of state, and global organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development, speaks fluent Thai, and is a certified master coach. He lives with his wife and daughter in Bangkok.
