About:

Moderator: Greg Beatty is a member of the Advisory Council of the Thailand Regional Forum at Sasin Business School and a member of the Faculty of Law at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok. His career involves law, business, tech & data protection. He has led ‘smart city’ mixed-use property developments, technology services to leading hotel brands, GSM networks, power plants, tech start-ups, digital transformation, and cyber & data law. 
 
ServicesRandy McGraw a Business Development and Strategy professional in the digital space. with 20 years of experience spans the entire BD Cycle: strategy, business case development/ commercial evaluation, prospecting, negotiation/closing, and partner/program management; He has successfully led multi-cultural teams to attain corporate objectives in both blue-chip and start-up environments.
His digital transformation expertise is focused in the telco, aerospace/satellite and media verticals, with emphasis on e-commerce, OTT video, payments, new business models and productization; Currently building new skills and knowledge in AI/Analytics, and co-authored a deep dive book on AI that reached #10 on Amazon New Releases.
 

Manufacturing – Carlos Andres Herrera Parra holds a Computer Science degree from the National University of Colombia and a dual MBA from UNC Charlotte and Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has led technology initiatives across Asia and Latin America in sectors like e-commerce, energy, software, and FMCG. At Lazada, he was Head of IT & Product Management, aligning local execution with regional strategy.

In 2014, Carlos founded Nimble, a global tech consultancy. Nimble launched a SaaS platform used by Jollibee and 1,300+ outlets to streamline F&B operations. Today, it focuses on AI-driven solutions for manufacturing, enhancing visibility, performance, and predictive insights.

 
Education – Dr. Al Valentine is a retired U.S. Air Force Major, former diplomat, and entrepreneur. He teaches management at the University of Guam and co-leads BTAS Co. Ltd. in Thailand. With experience across government, business, and NGOs, he has advised Fortune 100 companies, heads of state, and global organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development, speaks fluent Thai, and is a certified master coach. He lives with his wife and daughter in Bangkok.
