- Top Executive Leaders
In a world shaped by constant disruption — from geopolitical tensions to shifting economic realities — uncertainty is no longer a phase. It is the environment in which leaders must operate, decide, and create.
Yet many organizations still approach uncertainty with tools designed for stability — leading to hesitation, misalignment, and missed opportunities. The question is no longer how to eliminate uncertainty, but how to navigate it more effectively.
This workshop offers a different approach.
Through a guided and experiential process, participants will explore how to navigate uncertainty with greater clarity, creativity, and confidence. Rather than relying solely on analysis and planning, this session introduces a way of thinking where insight emerges through reflection, dialogue, and structured play.
A key part of the experience is learning alongside fellow leaders from different industries and organizations — gaining the opportunity to see challenges from multiple perspectives, challenge assumptions, and expand one’s strategic lens. Often, clarity comes not from having more answers, but from seeing the same situation differently.
Drawing on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, participants will surface hidden assumptions, explore strategic tensions, and discover new possibilities for their organizations — especially in times when the path forward is not yet clear.
Expect a thoughtful and engaging experience that blends strategy with human insight. Each participant will leave with fresh perspectives, practical reflections, and a deeper awareness of how to lead and make decisions amid uncertainty.
This session is designed to be interactive and reflective. Participants are encouraged to engage actively, share perspectives, and explore new ways of thinking together.
