About the workshop

Join us for the last EGN Thailand inspiration meeting, for 2024 on December 18th at 7.30-11.00 AM in Central Bangkok.

About David & Rupali

Applied Behavioral Science / Behavioral Design |  Co-Founder BCX Design and Makeit Lab

David is a behavioral designer and applied behavioural science practitioner with extensive experience building digital products, and leading change programs with global reach across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

He has taught behavioral science across Asia, most recently with Thammasat University in 2021  Chulalongkorn University in 2022, and Kristu Jayanti University in 2019 before that.

David started his career in Canadian financial services before moving to India in 2016 where he founded his first venture, today he has been living in Thailand since 2020. Seeing the potential for behavioral science to help people become healthier, wealthier and have more successful he continues to evangelize behavioural science, hoping to see it embedded in all digital products.

He has also co-founded Makeit Lab in pursuit of a Mission to make behavioral science accessible and practical to designers, business leaders, and product teams so that they in turn can help their customers become more successful.

Rupali Babu, is a strategic leader known for her commitment to creating social impact through innovative leadership and effective resource mobilization. With a rich background that spans strategic roles in social impact organizations, global networks, and the banking sector, Rupali has consistently championed positive change. Her career is marked by a dedication to spearheading digital transformation initiatives, notably integrating performance monitoring systems with CRM platforms to foster stakeholder engagement and enhance transparency.

Central to Rupali’s work is her application of behavioral science principles to devise solutions that address social challenges, with a mindful emphasis on gender dynamics. Her expertise in change management and commitment to inclusive design practices are integral to her role at BCX Design, where she focuses on driving the firm’s vision for impactful and thoughtful design.
