About Ingo Kleindienst

Professor Ingo Kleindienst is a distinguished academic in the field of Strategic Management and International Business at the Department of Management, Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University in Denmark. His expertise lies in the realms of strategy and international business, focusing on aspects such as growth strategies, portfolio changes, and corporate performance, alongside a keen interest in corporate governance and strategy processes. Particularly noteworthy is his research on top executives, CEO succession, and the influence of managerial psychology on corporate decisions.

Kleindienst’s contributions to the field are recognized through his publications in leading international journals and numerous awards, marking him as a prominent figure in his areas of study. Prior to his tenure in academia, he amassed valuable real-world experience as a management consultant for various large German corporations, dealing with strategic planning, corporate reporting, and customer profitability analysis.
In his current role, Kleindienst serves as the academic director of the MSc International Business program and imparts knowledge in strategy, international business, and change management within MBA and Master of Science programs.
