Erik Fernholm

Erik Fernholm is an award-winning global speaker with a background in cognitive neuroscience and happiness research.

He is the co-founder of two global foundations: Inner Development Goals (IDG) – a framework defining the capabilities needed to achieve the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the apps 29k and Aware, the world’s first non-profit platform for training self-leadership, mental health, and inner development.

The platform has already transformed the lives of over 100,000 people, and the Aware app was recently awarded Best App 2023 by Google.
